Do I need a referral?
No, you don't need a physician's referral. We will communicate with your doctor as needed.
Do you take Medicare?
Yes, we take Medicare Part B
Do you bring needed equipment?
Everything you will need for your physical therapy session will be provided by your physical therapist. Some items we might bring include a portable treatment table, weights, balance training equipment, therabands, dry needling supplies and any other equipment for your specific diagnosis.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and tennis shoes.
Are you Licensed Practitioners?
Yes! Each of our therapists are fully licensed Board Certified Doctors of Physical Therapy.
